This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you, the user (“User” or “you”), and Techin Solutions (“Techin Solutions” or “Company”), a company providing technology solutions. By accessing and using the solution demo (“Solution Demo”) provided by Techin Solutions, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the Solution Demo.

1. License Grant: Techin Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Solution Demo for evaluation and demonstration purposes only. This license does not entitle you to any ownership rights or transfer of intellectual property.

2. Restrictions: a. You shall not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Solution Demo or any related materials. b. You shall not use the Solution Demo for any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purposes. c. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Solution Demo or its associated systems.

3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, associated with the Solution Demo and any related materials are the exclusive property of Techin Solutions. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to use Techin Solutions’ intellectual property, except as expressly stated herein.

4. Privacy and Data Protection: a. Techin Solutions may collect and process certain information about your use of the Solution Demo. Such data will be treated in accordance with the Techin Solutions Privacy Policy. b. You acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described in the Techin Solutions Privacy Policy.

5. Support and Maintenance: Techin Solutions may, at its sole discretion, provide support and maintenance for the Solution Demo. However, Techin Solutions is under no obligation to do so.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Solution Demo is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. Techin Solutions makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality, reliability, or suitability of the Solution Demo for any particular purpose. Techin Solutions disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Techin Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Solution Demo, even if Techin Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Techin Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Solution Demo or any violation of this Agreement.

9. Termination: Techin Solutions may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and your access to the Solution Demo at any time, without notice or liability. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Solution Demo and destroy any copies of the Solution Demo in your possession or control.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State]. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Country/State].

11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Techin Solutions concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.

By using the Solution Demo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
